Warranty

The manufacturer warrants the Product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operation for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. If the Product fails under normal conditions of use during the Warranty Period and the Product is returned to us within the Warranty Period, we will replace the Product. This warranty is nontransferable and only applies to the original owner of the Product. The foregoing replacement remedy will be the sole remedy for breach of the foregoing warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, alteration, negligence, failure to use or maintain the Product under conditions of normal use and in accordance with the terms of the product literature, and other defects not related to materials or workmanship.
To initiate a warranty claim, you can contact us at order-support@respmart.com with "WARRANTY CLAIM" in the subject line. We may reach out to verify the claim before issuing a replacement or return approval.
For approved warranty claims, we’ll take care of the shipping cost to send your replacement or repaired product. We kindly ask that you cover the cost of sending the original product back to us for inspection and verification.

Operational Care

Cleaning Instructions
Daily: Hand wash the non-fabric parts.
Weekly: Hand wash the fabric parts.
Rinse thoroughly and lay the headgear and fabric sleeves flat or line dry. Make sure the entire mask is dry before use.
In addition to hand washing, the mask may be cleaned in the dishwasher once a week. Use only mild dishwashing detergent to wash the mask. Remove the fabric parts. Do not wash the fabric parts in the
dishwasher. Wash on the top shelf of the dishwasher.

DO NOT place the fabric parts into a clothes dryer.
DO NOT wash fabric parts in the dishwasher.
DO NOT use the drying cycle on the dishwasher.

Q: What is the difference between BMC F2 NV1 and F2 NV2 Full Face Masks?

A: The BMC F2 NV1 and F2 NV2 are both full-face masks designed for non-invasive ventilation, but they differ primarily in their elbow design and safety features. The BMC F2 NV1 features a clear plastic Entrainment Elbow (EE) with an Anti-Asphyxiation Valve (AAV). This valve is a critical safety feature that allows fresh room air to enter the mask if the ventilator stops delivering air, for example, during a power failure, helping to prevent the user from re-breathing exhaled air. The NV1 elbow also includes a controlled leak port and offers a non-vented connection to the ventilator circuit. In contrast, the BMC F2 NV2 comes with a blue-colored Standard Elbow (SE) that does not include an AAV or any intentional leak. It provides a direct, non-vented connection to the ventilator circuit without the added safety feature found in the NV1.
