Warranty

The manufacturer warrants the unit to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operation for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover the accessories. Any defective part(s) will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's option if the unit has not been tampered with or used improperly during that period.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, alteration, water ingress, or other defects not related to material or workmanship, and is not extended to the cost of labour incurred in repairing or replacing defective part(s).
To initiate a warranty claim, you can contact us at order-support@respmart.com with "WARRANTY CLAIM" in the subject line. We may reach out to verify the claim before issuing a replacement or return approval.
For approved warranty claims, we’ll take care of the shipping cost to send your replacement or repaired product. We kindly ask that you cover the cost of sending the original product back to us for inspection and verification.

Return Policy

We at Respmart make every effort to ensure that the product you purchase arrives in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or wrong item delivered, please inform customer service via email on order-support@respmart.com within 48 hours of the delivery along with images of the delivered product.

Operational Care

Place the device on a stable and horizontal surface when operating. Make sure the air vent openings are not obstructed; never place the unit on a soft surface, such as a bed or couch, where the air opening may be blocked
Only use compatible parts and seek an authorised service centre for maintenance needs. Never open the device; there are no serviceable parts within the unit.
Cleaning the Device
To avoid electrical shock, turn off and disconnect the device before cleaning it with a damp cloth and mild household cleaner. DO NOT immerse the device in any fluids.
Rinse the reusable black pollen filter every two weeks and replace it every six (6) months.
⚠ Cautions
DO NOT install a wet filter into the device. You must ensure sufficient drying time for the filter.

  • Advanced Auto CPAP Algorithm 

    The Respirare CPAP VT 30 D uses an advanced algorithm to monitor your breathing and adjust pressure precisely. This ensures effective therapy with greater comfort by avoiding unnecessary pressure increases common in other devices.

  • iMode (Auto on/off)

    With this feature, the machine will automatically turn on when you put on the mask, eliminating the need to press any buttons. Similarly, if the mask is removed, the machine will automatically turn off.

  • Auto Ramp 

    The ramp feature helps users fall asleep more comfortably by starting therapy at a lower pressure, gradually increasing to the prescribed level. VT30 D comes with a ramp time setting ranging from 5 to 45 minutes and includes an Auto Ramp feature that eliminates the need for manual adjustments.

  • A-Flex (Pressure Relief)

    Since exhalation against high pressure can be challenging, this comfort feature ensures a smoother therapy experience by lowering the pressure when you exhale, making exhalation easier (available in Auto CPAP mode only).

  • Heated Humidification 

    The VT30 D Auto CPAP comes with a heated humidifier, which makes the therapy more comfortable by adding moisture to the air and preventing a dry nose and sore throat.

  • Leakage Compensation 

    To ensure prescribed pressure is delivered to the patient, this feature compensates for any accidental leaks.

Where should I place the device for optimal use?

Place the device on a firm, flat surface within easy reach of where you will use it and at a level lower than your sleeping position.

Can I put the system in checked baggage when travelling?

No, the carrying case is designed for carry-on luggage only. It will not protect the system if it is put through checked baggage.

What should I do if I'm travelling with the optional humidifier?

Do not travel with water in the water tank when using the optional humidifier.

How can I make the security process easier when travelling with the system?

There is a note on the bottom of the device stating that it is medical equipment and suitable for airline use. Bringing the manual may also help security personnel understand the Deck Mount Respirare ACPAP VT30D device.

What do I need to know about power compatibility when travelling to a different country?
