Drive DeVilbiss HbO-Smart Finger Pulse Oximeter represents the newest generation of fingertip pulse oximeters, engineered for clinical and home environments to provide non-invasive measurements of oxygen saturation, pulse rate, and perfusion index.

Drive DeVilbiss HbO-Smart features customizable user alerts and four display options within its OLED screen, which includes heart rate visualisation and plethysmography waveform capabilities. Suitable for pediatric and adult patients alike, the HbO-Smart incorporates energy-efficient technology, operating for 25 hours on two AAA batteries with automatic power conservation that activates after 8 seconds of inactivity. The unit also includes battery status monitoring to prevent unexpected power loss during critical measurements.

Warranty

The manufacturer warrants the Product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operation for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. If the Product fails under normal conditions of use during the Warranty Period and the Product is returned to us within the Warranty Period, we will replace the Product. This warranty is nontransferable and only applies to the original owner of the Product. The foregoing replacement remedy will be the sole remedy for breach of the foregoing warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, alteration, negligence, failure to use or maintain the Product under conditions of normal use and in accordance with the terms of the product literature, and other defects not related to materials or workmanship.
To initiate a warranty claim, you can contact us at order-support@respmart.com with "WARRANTY CLAIM" in the subject line. We may reach out to verify the claim before issuing a replacement or return approval.
For approved warranty claims, we’ll take care of the shipping cost to send your replacement or repaired product. We kindly ask that you cover the cost of sending the original product back to us for inspection and verification.

Operational Care

Clean all surfaces of the finger pulse oximeter before and after each use using a soft cloth and mild disinfectant.
If the device will not be used for an extended period, remove the two AAA batteries to prevent battery leakage.

Q: My Drive DeVilbiss HbO Smart Finger Pulse Oximeter is not picking up readings on my finger. What should I do?

A: If the oximeter is not detecting a reading, ensure that your finger is clean, dry, and properly inserted into the device. Remain still during the measurement, as movement can interfere with accurate readings. If your hands are cold, warm them up, as poor circulation can affect the results. Check the battery level and replace the batteries if needed. Also, make sure the sensor area is clean and unobstructed to allow accurate detection.
