The Drive DeVilbiss HbO Smart Finger Pulse Oximeter is a compact fingertip device designed for convenient use. Warranty

The manufacturer warrants the Product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operation for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. If the Product fails under normal conditions of use during the Warranty Period and the Product is returned to us within the Warranty Period, we will replace the Product. This warranty is nontransferable and only applies to the original owner of the Product. The foregoing replacement remedy will be the sole remedy for breach of the foregoing warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, alteration, negligence, failure to use or maintain the Product under conditions of normal use and in accordance with the terms of the product literature, and other defects not related to materials or workmanship.
To initiate a warranty claim, you can contact us at order-support@respmart.com with "WARRANTY CLAIM" in the subject line. We may reach out to verify the claim before issuing a replacement or return approval.
For approved warranty claims, we’ll take care of the shipping cost to send your replacement or repaired product. We kindly ask that you cover the cost of sending the original product back to us for inspection and verification.

Make sure your finger is clean, dry, and fully inserted into the device. Stay still during use, since movement can interfere with detection. If the device still doesn’t pick up, check the battery level and replace if needed. Also, ensure the sensor area is clean and free from dust or obstructions.
