The manufacturer warrants the unit to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operation for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover the accessories. Any defective part(s) will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's option if the unit has not been tampered with or used improperly during that period.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, alteration, water ingress, or other defects not related to material or workmanship, and is not extended to the cost of labour incurred in repairing or replacing defective part(s).
To initiate a warranty claim, you can contact us at order-support@respmart.com with "WARRANTY CLAIM" in the subject line. We may reach out to verify the claim before issuing a replacement or return approval.
For approved warranty claims, we’ll take care of the shipping cost to send your replacement or repaired product. We kindly ask that you cover the cost of sending the original product back to us for inspection and verification.

Place the device on a stable and horizontal surface when operating. Make sure the air vent openings are not obstructed; never place the unit on a soft surface, such as a bed or couch, where the air opening may be blocked
Only use compatible parts and seek an authorised service centre for maintenance needs. Never open the device; there are no serviceable parts within the unit.
Cleaning the Device
To avoid electrical shock, turn off and disconnect the device before cleaning it with a damp cloth and mild household cleaner. DO NOT immerse the device in any fluids.
Rinse the reusable black pollen filter every two weeks and replace it every six (6) months.
⚠ Cautions
DO NOT install a wet filter into the device. You must ensure sufficient drying time for the filter.

prismaAQUA is the powerful respiratory air humidifier for the world of sleep apnea therapy devices. It humidifies and warms the breathing air to prevent the patient's mucous membranes from drying out.

Pressure reaction fits the patient's needs
Patients react with varying sensitivity to pressure adjustments. For effective therapy and breathing comfort, two options for pressure adjustments are available in APA mode. In addition, a pressure increase at closed central events is avoided.

A variety of comfort features
Patient comfort is enhanced through various functions and modes. For example, patients benefit from the softPAP pressure relief feature. Here, the pressure is lowered at the start of expiration and raised back to the therapy pressure at the start of inspiration, maximizing exhalation comfort and effectively avoiding events. In addition, the softSTART mode, characterized by a slow pressure increase over a preset time up to the therapy pressure, supports comfortable falling asleep. This facilitates acclimatization to therapy pressure during the sleep onset phase.

Q: Where should I place the device for optimal use?
A: Place the device on a firm, flat surface within easy reach of where you will use it and at a level lower than your sleeping position.
Q: Can I put the system in checked baggage when travelling?
A: No, the carrying case is designed for carry-on luggage only. It will not protect the system if it is put through checked baggage.
Q: What should I do if I'm travelling with the optional humidifier?
A: Do not travel with water in the water tank when using the optional humidifier.
Q: How can I make the security process easier when travelling with the system?
A: The device is safe to be transported and used in flight. There is a note on the bottom of the device stating that it is medical equipment and suitable for airline use.
