Warranty

The manufacturer warrants the unit to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operation for a period of three (3) years for the unit, and one (1) year for the lithium-ion battery and sieve bed, from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover the accessories. Any defective part(s) will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's option if the unit has not been tampered with or used improperly during that period.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, alteration, water ingress, or other defects not related to material or workmanship, and is not extended to the cost of labour incurred in repairing or replacing defective part(s).
To initiate a warranty claim, you can contact us at order-support@respmart.com with "WARRANTY CLAIM" in the subject line. We may reach out to verify the claim before issuing a replacement or return approval.
For approved warranty claims, we’ll take care of the shipping cost to send your replacement or repaired product. We kindly ask that you cover the cost of sending the original product back to us for inspection and verification.

Operational Care

Ensure proper airflow by placing the device 15–30 cm away from walls, furniture, or curtains. Never block the air intake or exhaust, as restricted airflow or proximity to heat sources may lead to overheating, shutdown, or permanent damage to the concentrator.
Use only compatible replacement parts and seek maintenance from an authorised service centre. Do not open the device, as there are no user-serviceable parts inside. Unauthorised modifications or repairs may impair performance and void the warranty.
Cleaning the device
Turn off and disconnect the device before cleaning. Wipe the exterior case, including the filter door, weekly using a damp cloth and a mild household cleaner.
DO NOT immerse the device in fluids or allow any liquid to enter the device.
Filter Maintenance
This particle screen is located at the front of the Oxymed P2 and should be cleaned weekly to ensure adequate airflow. Wash it with mild liquid detergent and water. Allow the filter to dry completely before reuse.
Replace the air inlet filter every 12–24 months, or more frequently in dusty environments.
NOTE: The Oxymed P2 is not designed for use with humidifiers, nebulisers, or any other attached equipment. Do not modify the device. Any alterations may damage the unit and void the warranty.

DO NOT place liquids on or near the device. If a spill occurs, turn off the power and unplug the unit before cleaning.
DO NOT immerse the device or expose it to water, rain, or precipitation.
