The manufacturer warrants the Product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operation for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. If the Product fails under normal conditions of use during the Warranty Period and the Product is returned to us within the Warranty Period, we will replace the Product. This warranty is nontransferable and only applies to the original owner of the Product. The foregoing replacement remedy will be the sole remedy for breach of the foregoing warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, alteration, negligence, failure to use or maintain the Product under conditions of normal use and in accordance with the terms of the product literature, and other defects not related to materials or workmanship.
To initiate a warranty claim, you can contact us at order-support@respmart.com with "WARRANTY CLAIM" in the subject line. We may reach out to verify the claim before issuing a replacement or return approval.
For approved warranty claims, we’ll take care of the shipping cost to send your replacement or repaired product. We kindly ask that you cover the cost of sending the original product back to us for inspection and verification.

Cleaning Instructions
Daily: Hand wash the non-fabric parts.
Weekly: Hand wash the fabric parts.
Rinse thoroughly and lay the headgear and fabric sleeves flat or line dry. Make sure the entire mask is dry before use.
In addition to hand washing, the mask may be cleaned in the dishwasher once a week. Use only mild dishwashing detergent to wash the mask. Remove the fabric parts. Do not wash the fabric parts in the
dishwasher. Wash on the top shelf of the dishwasher.

DO NOT place the fabric parts into a clothes dryer.
DO NOT wash fabric parts in the dishwasher.
DO NOT use the drying cycle on the dishwasher.
DO NOT use bleach or alcohol, cleaning solutions containing bleach or alcohol, or cleaning solutions containing conditioners or moisturisers.

Q: What happens if my CPAP machine shuts down during sleep?
A: If your CPAP machine shuts down, your mask is generally equipped with an anti-asphyxia safety valve designed to open automatically, allowing you to breathe in room air and preventing suffocation. You can typically check this valve's function by ensuring it allows air to pass freely when the machine is off (for instance, a small flap within the mask elbow or connector should be open or relaxed) and that it closes to direct airflow from the machine into the mask when the CPAP is turned on. If this safety valve does not appear to function correctly during such checks, it is important to replace the mask to ensure your safety.
