Warranty

The manufacturer warrants the Product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operation for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. If the Product fails under normal conditions of use during the Warranty Period and the Product is returned to us within the Warranty Period, we will replace the Product. This warranty is nontransferable and only applies to the original owner of the Product. The foregoing replacement remedy will be the sole remedy for breach of the foregoing warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, alteration, negligence, failure to use or maintain the Product under conditions of normal use and in accordance with the terms of the product literature, and other defects not related to materials or workmanship.
To initiate a warranty claim, you can contact us at order-support@respmart.com with "WARRANTY CLAIM" in the subject line. We may reach out to verify the claim before issuing a replacement or return approval.
For approved warranty claims, we’ll take care of the shipping cost to send your replacement or repaired product. We kindly ask that you cover the cost of sending the original product back to us for inspection and verification.

Operational Care

Cleaning Instructions
Daily: Hand wash the non-fabric parts.
Weekly: Hand wash the fabric parts.
Rinse thoroughly and lay the headgear and fabric sleeves flat or line dry. Make sure the entire mask is dry before use.
In addition to hand washing, the mask may be cleaned in the dishwasher once a week. Use only mild dishwashing detergent to wash the mask. Remove the fabric parts. Do not wash the fabric parts in the
dishwasher. Wash on the top shelf of the dishwasher.
⚠ Cautions
DO NOT place the fabric parts into a clothes dryer.
DO NOT wash fabric parts in the dishwasher.
DO NOT use the drying cycle on the dishwasher.
DO NOT use bleach or alcohol, cleaning solutions containing bleach or alcohol, or cleaning solutions containing conditioners or moisturisers.

FAQs

Are there any precautions I should take when using a CPAP mask with magnets?

Yes. The mask contains magnets with a magnetic field strength of 400 mT. To avoid potential effects from localised magnetic fields, it is important to keep the mask at least 6 inches (approximately 15.24 cm) away from any medical implants or medical devices that could be affected by magnetic interference. This precaution also applies to household members, caregivers, and bed partners who may be near patients using the mask.
