Warranty

The manufacturer warrants the unit to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operation for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover the accessories. Any defective part(s) will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's option if the unit has not been tampered with or used improperly during that period.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, alteration, water ingress, or other defects not related to material or workmanship, and is not extended to the cost of labour incurred in repairing or replacing defective part(s).
To initiate a warranty claim, you can contact us at order-support@respmart.com with "WARRANTY CLAIM" in the subject line. We may reach out to verify the claim before issuing a replacement or return approval.
For approved warranty claims, we’ll take care of the shipping cost to send your replacement or repaired product. We kindly ask that you cover the cost of sending the original product back to us for inspection and verification.

We at Respmart make every effort to ensure that the product you purchase arrives in perfect condition. Operational Care

Ensure proper ventilation for the device by keeping it 15-30 cm away from walls, furniture, and curtains.
Replace the Air Inlet Filter every 12-24 months or more frequently in dusty environments.
Use a V-Guard Crystal Plus Digital Voltage Stabiliser for uninterrupted therapy and longer equipment life if you experience frequent blackouts or voltage fluctuations.
Only use compatible parts and seek an authorised service centre for maintenance needs. Never open the device; there are no serviceable parts within the unit.
Cleaning the device
Turn off and disconnect the device before cleaning. Use a damp cloth and a mild household cleaner to wipe the exterior cover of the machine, including the filter door. Clean the exterior weekly.

DO NOT place liquids on or near the device. If liquid is spilled on the device, turn the power off and unplug from the electrical outlet before attempting to clean up the spill.
