Warranty

The manufacturer warrants the Product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operation for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. If the Product fails under normal conditions of use during the Warranty Period and the Product is returned to us within the Warranty Period, we will replace the Product. This warranty is nontransferable and only applies to the original owner of the Product. The foregoing replacement remedy will be the sole remedy for breach of the foregoing warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, alteration, negligence, failure to use or maintain the Product under conditions of normal use and in accordance with the terms of the product literature, and other defects not related to materials or workmanship.
To initiate a warranty claim, you can contact us at order-support@respmart.com with "WARRANTY CLAIM" in the subject line. We may reach out to verify the claim before issuing a replacement or return approval.
For approved warranty claims, we’ll take care of the shipping cost to send your replacement or repaired product. We kindly ask that you cover the cost of sending the original product back to us for inspection and verification.

Operational Care

Cleaning the device
Remove the Detachable Battery Module from the therapy device before cleaning. Use a lint-free, damp cloth with a mild liquid dishwashing detergent solution to wipe the battery module's interior and exterior surfaces.
Avoid excess moisture on the battery connector terminals.
⚠ Cautions
DO NOT open the Detachable Battery Module case. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.
DO NOT expose the battery module to water or conductive liquids; this is not a sealed case.
