The manufacturer warrants the Product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operation for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. If the Product fails under normal conditions of use during the Warranty Period and the Product is returned to us within the Warranty Period, we will replace the Product. This warranty is nontransferable and only applies to the original owner of the Product. The foregoing replacement remedy will be the sole remedy for breach of the foregoing warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, alteration, negligence, failure to use or maintain the Product under conditions of normal use and in accordance with the terms of the product literature, and other defects not related to materials or workmanship.
To initiate a warranty claim, you can contact us at order-support@respmart.com with "WARRANTY CLAIM" in the subject line. We may reach out to verify the claim before issuing a replacement or return approval.
For approved warranty claims, we’ll take care of the shipping cost to send your replacement or repaired product. We kindly ask that you cover the cost of sending the original product back to us for inspection and verification.

Cleaning Instructions
Daily: Hand wash the non-fabric parts.
Weekly: Hand wash the fabric parts.
Rinse thoroughly and lay the headgear and fabric sleeves flat or line dry. Make sure the entire mask is dry before use.
In addition to hand washing, the mask may be cleaned in the dishwasher once a week. Use only mild dishwashing detergent to wash the mask. Remove the fabric parts. Do not wash the fabric parts in the
dishwasher. Wash on the top shelf of the dishwasher.

DO NOT place the fabric parts into a clothes dryer.
DO NOT wash fabric parts in the dishwasher.
DO NOT use the drying cycle on the dishwasher.

Q: How do I clean my mask, and how often should I clean it?
A: You should clean your mask daily. Facial oil and dirt can build up on your mask parts when not cleaned properly, leading to skin irritation. Cleaning your mask doesn't take long, so working it into your morning routine should be a breeze.
Process to clean AirFit F20:
Time it takes: 5 minutes
Supplies you'll need to clean your mask:
- Sink or tub
- Warm, drinking-quality water (30°C)
- Mild or hypoallergenic soap, or baby shampoo
- Towel
Daily step-by-step cleaning tips:
- Unplug your CPAP machine from the power source.
- Disconnect your mask and tubing parts from your machine.
- Disassemble your mask into three parts: headgear, cushion and frame.
- In the sink, clean your mask cushion and headgear to remove any oils. Gently rub with warm, drinking-quality water and mild soap.
- Avoid harsh cleaning products, including dish detergents, which may damage the mask or leave harmful residue.
- Rinse again thoroughly with warm, drinking-quality water.
- Place the cushion and frame on a towel and allow the parts to dry away from direct sunlight on a flat surface.
Q: Can I use an ozone device to clean my ResMed mask?
A: Use of ozone may discolour a ResMed mask during the ResMed limited warranty period, and that will not be covered. Discolouration of ResMed masks is only covered during the limited warranty period if it occurs upon initial unpackaging.
Q: How often should I replace mask parts?
A: It’s important to take regular care of your CPAP equipment – especially the various parts of your mask, which can be affected by dirt, oil and residue from your skin. Poorly cleaned CPAP masks can cause discomfort and skin irritation. ResMed recommends replacing the mask cushion once a month, the mask frame system every 3 months, and the headgear every 6 months. Q: Why is the AirFit N20 mask cushion made from silicone material?
A: Most CPAP masks have silicone cushions because it’s a hypoallergenic material that’s soft, lightweight and allows for a stable, comfortable seal on your face while you’re sleeping. It’s important that you decide what’s most comfortable for you and your therapy when it comes to your mask cushion.
